little black ants

these things are everywhere. what is the best way to get rid of then?

No idea how to get rid of them but I am glad not to be the only person to notice them.

I have sprayed sprayed and then some they just keep multiplying. These are in an out building I don't know why they are there. I put a Ant Fogger in today Hope this gets rid of the pest little critters.

Wet weather makes them want to set up housekeeping indoors. This year is worse than previous years by a long shot.

Sometimes commercial ant bait works.
You can also try borax mixed in food like syrup or gravy - whichever type of food the ants seem to seek out (not all ants go for the sweets).

Product called Terro will do it. It's cheap and highly effective. You can get it at wal-mart Lowe's, even Mutual Pharmacy.

Agree 10000000% with Gotch...about $2-3 at Food City (cheaper than Wal-Mart) and it works wonders. Kinda gross at first because they come feed on it like no other, but after 1-2 days, they're gone!

Ants are horrible this yr. I have alot of little red ones. I killed a few by slapping them with my hand. I dont know if it the same with all ants but these had a sweet smelling odor to them when they were squashed.
